I'm back at Mom's and there's a problem with dogs barking in the backyard. Apparently, she's taking care of another dog or two besides Toby, and they're causing a ruckus. I go out to the yard and try to restore order. There's a horse there, too, and I think that maybe if I can get the horse to lie down on the lawn and take a nap, then the dogs will follow suit and calm down. I seem to be well acquainted with the horse — a sable mare — and she cooperates easily with me. I lie down on the grass and she follows my lead. As she lies down next to me, I take care to avoid being crushed by her. All's well.
Nice to be acquainted with such a friendly and helpful horse. This is the kind of “night mare” that is peaceful. Sweet dreams. 🌜💫
