Don’t you love how there’s no beginning and no end to dreams?

It’s all Middles.

Interesting, yeah. The true nature of reality? — no beginning and no end.

Much like poetry in that regard!

A rational expectation. This is the scene that replaced LPs and video tapes , but comes back to haunt you with a playback Walkman ear plugs with the high fidelity; then stereo speakers surround sound .

Dreams repeat. I have to laugh.

Ahhh!! I love a poem that makes me laugh. Just as I love those that me cry. Poetry is an excavation of our unconscious, making us archeologists of our own minds.

It's always fascinating to see what another Poet digs up...

Thanks for the fun, Jonathon.

Best Wishes - Dave :)

I used to have wild melatonin dreams on only a half ounce from a dropper. I quit that and now use deep breathing and mantras to induce sleep. Still have the Cinemascope dreams though. Cheap thrills.

I’ve had those melatonin dreams! I also quit using it years ago

That's great, Jonathan! Dreams can be so wild.

This is good as a poem but would also make a kickass piece of flash fiction.
