I like the imagery in the poem and the meanings I can pull out of them. How the sunrise serves as the border between light and dark. Then there’s the apple reminiscent of Eve and the Word , the breath. I think I gonna stop here lest I use too many “ands” making this comment a grammatical nightmare. Suffice it to say there’s a lot there.
Astronomers have been trying to find the answer to that question for at least a century. I'm afraid it is still a mystery, as mysterious as a lover's eyes, as the Loch Ness on a windless day, and most especially as the sunrise, the same and yet always different as that of yesterday..
