This beautiful poem suggests that the story of two people meeting or coming together to form parts of the same mysterious unit is mirrored in the images of nature.

yay! reminds me of the famous zen koan:

Two monks were arguing about a flag. One said: "The flag is moving."

The other said: "The wind is moving."

The sixth patriarch happened to be passing by. He told them: "Not the wind, not the flag; mind is moving."
